Questions
What happens to my readings if I don't subscribe, or I cancel?
Nothing is ever deleted. Every reading stays in your account. Without Plus you see the last 90 days in the app, and you can download all of them as a spreadsheet at any time. Subscribe again and your full history is back.
Will my GP accept the PDF report?
The report lists every reading with dates and times, your averages and a chart, in the format GP practices usually ask for. Your GP or nurse decides what to do with it - the report itself isn't a diagnosis.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time, in two clicks from your account page. There's no minimum term.
